Whoever is in charge of activities at Foxtail is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards the volunteer who came in to provide entertaining for the residents with their own time at NO charge. Being rude is unacceptable.
The staff really cares about the residents. Such a nice place!
I’ve been a home health physical therapist for 13 years, and I spent a lot of time in most assisted livings in the valley. I have never left a review, but I am extremely impressed with a Foxtail. Their staff is caring, attentive, and go out of their way to serve their residents. I would highly recommend them to anybody
It was the caring, compassionate, kind, and loving staff at Foxtail that made it an outstanding place for my father to live. This was our first experience with assisted living and memory care, and we had the opportunity to be a part of each community. My father has lived here for almost 4 years. He was the third resident to move in. He is 100 1/2 years old! The staff here is phenomenal. They are so attentive to every need and caring and friendly . He’s been through hip surgery and severe back problems while here and they take excellent care of him. My only complaint would be the food. 40% of the time it is below par which seems to be standard fare for all assisted living facilities.
