Foxtail knows their coffee but presentation has room for improvement. The Sugar Waffle was a lovely, warm, fluffy and moist, textured bliss. Service was friendly, but I felt like there may have been an unspoken judgment from the barista when I chose not to tip. I am not a cheap skate and typically tip well. That said, tips should be appreciated, not expected, and I certainly wouldn't keep someone employed at my establishment if they were guilting customers about tipping. This Foxtail location is what made me a regular! Nova is always so genuine and sweet to me and my dog Koda, and she always makes the BEST drinks (and pup cups) every single time. It's people like her that make a coffee shop stand out from the crowd, and I hope this company realizes all of the good that does for a business. Highly recommend! 🌟
