Can you believe that? I thought I was going to a place that knew what they were doing. Forget it. It took them 5 months and could not get it right. For upper and lower partial, they acted confused and continually. Maybe come back. I came back to their office 30 times my first visit was. I joke with a little girl, dancing. Started my denture journey in April, after a full extraction on top and partial extraction on bottom got my set July 21, 2025 and I couldn’t be happier. From Carli to the receptionist they were phenomenal. Total of 9 weeks from first visit to walking out with a full set of teeth. Thank you!
"You just have to deal with it." "This is your new look." "Your teeth always looked like this." This is what i was told when i decided to put my trust in this facility. WHAT?? You have no idea what my teeth previously looked like, nor did you ask, but regardless of that-- it shouldn't matter. Absolutely do not recommend – unprofessional, manipulative, and dismissive. I went to Fox Denture Clinic thinking a clinic that specializes only in dentures would offer a higher level of care and professionalism. I could not have been more wrong. The entire process took over six months due to constant delays, rescheduling (without notifying me), and what seemed to be poor management—especially during their location move.
