They made an error on the size of my pizza around closing time, when I called them I insisted I needed the actual pizza not money off because I had a bunch of kids at my house to feed. They not only redelivered the correct size, they also game me a dessert for the kids. Im so impressed at how well their staff handled the situation! Props to everyone who worked last night!! Thank you for making all the tiny humans happy
CONSISTENTLY takes way longer for deliver than estimated. Most of the time (probably 3/5 times) order is 100% correct but if delivery estimate is 55 minutes, why is reality closer to 2 hours every time? And yes, I could pick up our orders instead but why offer a service that evidently cannot be provided?
