called at 7:33pm and they said it would be 1.5hrs. (Which is fine! It’s a friday night.) We waited for 2hrs then called back. Then they said our order was canceled, that we called and had it canceled. (This was not true, none of us called to cancel!) As an employee at this said franchise, I think this is completely unacceptable when there is caller id and the address does come up when you call. The food is just like any other fox's, which is to be expected. If you ask for ranch and pay for it, plan on not getting it. Just wish they would pay a little more attention to detail.

Everytime I order a ham and cheese hoagie the either giving me an Italian hoagie or put the wrong dressing on it
Told to pick up food in 30 minutes. Got there and two girls were sitting with a young man who was eating McDonald's in your store. The one girl said we have to prepare it yet, we lost track of time. I ordered 2 club wedgie, when I got home there was no ham on them. This isn't acceptable get some responsible people to work your business.
