I'm usually a huge fan of Fox's pizza- which is why this is such an unfortunate review to have to write. This pizza was quite honestly not just the worst pizza I've gotten from a Fox's Pizza Den, but frankly, the worst I've ever had from anywhere. It looked like they put a bunch of pieces together from other pizzas to form one complete one. There wasn't enough sauce, there were odd folds in the dough, there were pools of cheese in random spots, and the crust felt dry as if it had been kept warm for too long. Ordered a wedge apizza and a 2lt. Didn't get the soda. Called the store, they said they would take care of it. 3 hours later no refund and no soda. So not very happy!!
I call the pizza place 8:39pm because they close at 9pm they don’t answer the phone to take my order you don’t close till 9 because I call 8:39pm you guys don’t answer
What time do you close? On the website it says 9:00, I start calling at 8:40 and nobody picks up, I know wait time is usually 15 mins. I rush there to order in person. Get there by 9:50 but door is locked and 2 people inside, busy ignoring customers calls.
Pizza was overcooked and flavorless. Employee wasn't friendly either. This isn't typical service or quality. Very disappointing.
