I placed my order ahead of time, right when they opened for a 5:45 delivery. Pizza didn’t show up until 7pm. They never called to let me know that my order would be late. When we called to check on the order at 6:10 they told us it would be another 30 minutes and that they got really backed up (even though I requested this delivery time as soon as they opened???). It was actually another 50 minutes after we called that it was finally delivered.

Stopped in to pickup a doordash, which said it was ready. Upon arrival it took a few minutes to get acknowledge! Order wasn't ready and I watched the pizza sit on the oven while the mac n cheese bites sat waiting to be heated up! Waited for 10 minutes or so to watch the pizza sitting and the mac n cheese bites sitting in the warming machine while coworkers stood around talking to some 3/4 naked girl in the kitchen! This was ridiculous. We ordered 4 pizzas at 7:37pm. It was not delivered until 9:56pm. We called the manager and he stated at 8:45pm that it would be there in 2 minutes. It in fact was not. We then called back at approximately 9:20pm and the same manager told us it would be there in 30 minutes. Not to mention the man that took our order (which we believe was the “manager”) could not get the order right without repeating it 3 times.
