I really didn’t want to write a bad review because I understand that running a business is hard.. but here it goes. We recently moved to butler. We ordered from our local fox’s religiously (Kittanning) and were pleased every single time. So we decided to order fox’s here in butler - since May we have ordered here 3 different times and were disappointed every single time. The first we ordered, which was a big daddy and 2 half hoagies. Stopped in to place order for dinner after working all day. Waited at counter for awhile watching all the employees walk around and never was asked if i had an order or if I'd like to place an order after waiting so long just walked out door ordered from someone else. What a shame, i use to order there so much, now never again

I'm sorry I'm giving this place (this location) a bad review. It was closed for a while. I was happy to see it reopened. But I won't be going back. Food was okay but service was subpar. And the place is dirty.
