Horrible service my order I placed 2 and a half hours early was 45 min late and when I went to pick it up 4 people were on smoke break and one person was working
The whole experience was just sucked frfr...guy sounded high on the phone...told me 20 minutes and it took 40 because nobody made my sub or bread sticks...asked for mayo for my sub and never got it ...the cheese on bread sticks were semi burnt...they need yk just close the doors gir good atp
I called to order a pizza....got put on hold for 4 minutes. No one came back on. Called again - no answer. Went inside the building to order....no one around. What the heck?
Mediocre pizza... I don't like Pizza Hut, and I would choose them over this place. I really wanted to like it, but it's not for me. Sauce tastes too tomato-y, as if it doesn't have a good mix of herbs in it, or seasonings.
Ordered food two hours before they closed, and closing time comes and my order wasn't delivered. I called and was told that they 'missed my order.' I didn't get a call, the order wasn't canceled or anything. They were going to close for the day without refunding me or providing service. A shame because their food is good for a pizza chain. Now I'm waiting on a refund...
