Fox’s has taken care of our SUV several times, from small dings to a major bumper repair, and they have always done an excellent job. Most recently, I had my work vehicle towed, and their response was incredibly fast. The tow truck driver was also very kind and professional. I highly recommend Fox’s for both repairs and towing.
Terrible experience. Had called and talked to the lady twice, told her I needed a 3rd estimate. Said I would be up the next day. When I get there she remembered talking to me. Gets up, goes out to look at my car, it had paint transfer on bumper, she starts trying to scrape it off with her fingernail. Well obviously it wouldn't come off. My daughter's car was towed by the sheriff after her tire blew and we were unable to get the tire off to get her spare on. We live an hour away from where the car was disabled and he wouldn't allow it to sit there while we came back with more tools. This was at 2am so there were no open store. We pulled it off the road but he stated it was still in the roadway. The vehicle was impounded with Fox's Auto Body until Monday, since they don't operate on the weekend.
