They say perfection is futile to pursue as it may not exist at all. What matters is the sincere effort that goes into taking care of customer issues and grievances. We bought a Foxridge home 3 months ago. Their staff is very good - Mr. Chalmers, Mr. Harvey, Mr. Howe, Mr. Hickman, Shannon in warranty are excellent at what they do. We have been very pleased with after sale service from Foxridge. I would have given 5 stars but wife is unhappy about just one thing which she felt should have been done. I have my house built by Foxridge, as I heard many good things about this builder. Unfortunately there were many problems within two years after my house been build, They had refused to do the most repairs when there’s something happened, As investment like to build a brand new house, you would expect things last while but for many problems that I had already experienced in just two years it’s unacceptable!
