I contacted Dave yesterday as we had a faulty alarm system and our current company wanted an eye watering sum for a call out. Within two hours Dave had arranged for one of his team to call in. Kristian was a delight and within 15 minutes we were sorted and back up and running. I can't speak highly enough of the service we were given and looking forward to changing to Foxmoor Security in the New Year.
We highly recommend foxmoor. We contacted Dave and in a week he came in and got our security system working properly. Dave and his team are efficient, friendly and just get on with the job they made moving over to foxmoor very easy. We had Foxmoor install our Intruder Alarm system when we moved in, 8 years ago. They have always been great to deal with, very quick to respond and regularly serviced the system. When our cctv system started playing up we asked Dave to quote us to replace it. He did, and we accepted his quote. I needed a replacement home sensor and contacted Foxmoor who responded within 24hrs. The Engineer (Joe) arrived on time, he was very polite and quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty sensor. He tested the complete system to ensure everything was working correctly. Very professional company and can strongly recommend them for all your alarm issues.
Whole heatedly recommend!! They fitted us in for a Bell Box repair within 4 days and provided a great service. Very professional, went above and beyond, they are reasonably priced and will definitely use Foxmoor again.
