If I could rate foxie pole dance & fitness studio more than 5 stars I would. Jo not only made me fall in love with pole dancing but managed to help me fall in love with myself and feel more confident in myself and my body something I hadn't felt in years. Jo always starts our class with joy and is always inviting. As someone who experiences quite a lot of anxiety on a daily basis I always feel so calm in Jo's classes. Jo is a lovely instructor who teaches to experience and to where you are with your strength, she always makes sure you are safe but makes the class so inclusive to all! I never feel out of place or bad if theres something I didn’t get quite right. Lovely place to come.
Jo runs such an amazing and welcoming studio!! No shame if your fitness level cant do all the things. We move at a pace that works for us. Whenever I have doubts or concerns, she has time to have a chat and encourage me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! 🧡🦊
Fantastic pole studio. Jo somehow makes daunting looking moves seem achievable and makes sure we have the techniques that we need to succeed. If you're looking for fun, a supportive environment, the opportunity to make new friends, and a place to build fitness, strengh and confidence, I highly recommend Foxie's.
