Katie is an amazing property manager. Very attentive and quick to respond to any issues in our unit. Very personable and welcoming as well! We live in a very dog friendly community and they are good at keeping everything up to date and creating a comfortable living environment.
Having Richard on the maintenance team is a game changer! He is very kind, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done thoroughly and completely. Plus my dog loves him
My boyfriend and I have lived here the last 4 years and we love Katie in the office! She's genuinely the best, she's super responsive, helpful and she's always greeting me when with a smile when I pop in!
Rent is the "going rate" but honestly its too high given how dated the apartments themselves are. However, the community is great and the property is well maintained so there is a trade off for how much you're spending. The property manager Katie is also extremely responsive and quick to help which is definitely a plus.
Katie the property manager was very stuck up when she called to inform us about being denied but not really to tell us why. Even though on their website they say that they offer higher deposits and co signers but I was told by her , that it is not something they do. Our tour with Jared was wonderful, he answered all of our questions and concerns. Upon giving Katie a good review for Jared and how he answered our questions about having a co signer or a higher deposit to compensate for some of our credit issues, she told me tha... read more
