I’ve tried other gyms in the past and FoxFit is one of the best all females studios by far. The instructors and studio vibe is truly genuine and support women at all stages of their fitness life, including myself post bub. If you’re after a combo class of running and floorwork then FoxFit is the right place. Great modern facilities too 👌🏻

It doesn’t get better than Foxfit. I went from never wanting to do cardio and hating exercise to now where I get excited about waking up at 6am to train! This is all thanks to foxfit. The workouts are challenging but so rewarding. The trainers are all wonderful, kind and genuine people. It’s the best environment, everything about the space is world class too! I’m so happy foxfit is a consistent part of my routine, I love it!

Workout depends entirely on the trainer - some are great, some are not and some are only interested in training you/answering questions/helping with form if you’re a Melbourne influencer. Ok workout but not worth it for the class price IMO. Just as good alternatives in the area without the pretentious atmosphere of FoxFit.

Best workout in Melbourne. Brilliant fit out that feels very Melbourne and not just a fad. If you want to improve your fitness and feel more confident moving and progressing on a treadmill this is the place. Music and instructors always on point and every minute is used effectively in class - never bored!
