Bad customer service I bought a red by kiss mini trimmer fully charged it wouldn’t even cut good and two days later it was dead from full charge , tried to return they said can’t except returns that you tried already, why would I even try to return something I haven’t used 👎 garbage products just by trimmer from Ross for $10 dollars works better then this brand

This my first time coming to shop here with my 17years old niece. When I left, my niece told me that the person in the front was rude and I was like what happened she say that they accuse her of putting something in her purse that they were watching the camera and she might have put something in her purse.
