I purchased a wood stove from FoxFire in September, 2015--best purchasing experience ever. They were extremely knowledgeable and installation, even though I am over 1.5 hours up highway 49 from their location, did not take long to get scheduled. Can't wait to stay warm by my new woodstove this winter!
Awesome service, fair prices...why go anywhere else?
This dealer has to be rated at the bottom of the list for service. They work from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday, it takes almost a week to schedule a service call - even if your heating appliance has failed and it's mid-winter. If you want good, prompt, efficient service I suggest Cedar Ridge Heating. You will not be disappointed. I would never refer a friend or buy a stove ever again from Foxfire
