We see Dr.Matt and have only ever had great experiences here.
Brought my cat in for a sick visit, they said everything was clear. Lungs sounded good. No nasal discharge , his eyes and ears were good. Instead of calling us and letting us know this before they continue he’s with x-rays that were completely unnecessary when I went thick him up….. over 500.00 . I have spent less than that at an er visit with my cat. They totally ripped us off, between their lack of personalities and their prices we are changing vets …….keep searching wills not recommend !!
We used to love this vet but things seemed to have changed and not for the better ever since they sold the practice. First the one woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and not a people person yet she is on phone calls with customers incredibly hostile. Second and the biggest reason is their lack of availability for a pet that has an issue the same day. They will either tell you they have nothing until a week later or they will refer you to a referral vet hospital who charges $500 just to walk through the door. Sorry I ... read more
We take our girl (feline) there for all issues. Monthly she goes to receive her Solensia injection for arthritis. Dr J and the front desk are amazing. However today at 11:30 she got her Solensia shot and 3.5 hours later her ear blew up like a balloon. We called Foxfield immediately. They requested photos which we sent via email. We were told they could sched her for Monday. We explained her ear was warm to touch (if she would let us) her ear is down and she is walking around shaking her head.
