Nice place
Nice community. Some very nice homes and some plain homes. Overall nice.
Great community until recently purchased and the new owners made the rates unlivable for seniors and all the folks that actually made it such a nice community. They are charging amost 1K in space rent and there isn't any kind of community center or any kind of services provided. owners pay all their own utilities etc. Just a company taking advantage of the Lebanon community. Dont buy here unless you are prepared to pay a fortune and don't be surprised if you can't sell your home because the new rents are too high.
