I've had a great experience with Foxcroft Condominiums Association Inc. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and secure. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about keeping the property clean and running smoothly. Landscaping and common areas are always in good shape, and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly. It's clear they take pride in the community. I highly recommend Foxcroft to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live!
Security protocol for deliveries is over the top and inconveniences all. Just buy a high quality camera and install an intercom keypad gate.
Horrible parking, construction blocking parking, buildings on inside are very old & smell but cute on the outside
This is a beautiful property and in a great location and many of the units have been updated and look amazing. The only and main issue here in my opinion is the board and mgmt - the community is not treated with respect and there is a lot of confusion and extremely dated archaic by laws and policies. Many moved in because of an attendee gate but that was reduced to only evening hours.
