A nice neighborhood that wants nothing to do with the community. I personally would not want to live in a neighborhood that has a sign on the road heading in that says "No outside trick or treaters". If you don't want to participate with trick or treating that's fine. Shut your porch light off and stay inside like everyone else. But don't have your HOA and neighborhood just try to ban people who don't live in your elitist neighborhood. I have never in my life seen anything like this.
Great neighborhood with a FANTASTIC Pool for the kids n adults too...... clean as a whistle . . . 😎
