I had a bad experience with one of the receptionists at the front desk Because I didn't spend any money because I was unsure abouts all that needed to be done. I've received horrible service. I was told that I had a infection in one of my teeth I was never given or ordered a antibiotic, I was being pressured to make a follow-up appointment to get some extractions even though I still had a infection.. I’m giving 5 stars to Afraa!! She was amazing! Very sweet and outgoing, made me feel comfortable and reassured me in letting me know every step that was taken. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Can’t wait to see Afraa and the Doctor for my 6 month cleaning :)
Best dental experience I have ever had. I was nervous because I had not been to the dentist in more than a year, but Dr. Kim and Afraa Mahmood were amazing, very professional, and thoughtful about explaining everything to me. A big pro is that they are upfront about the cost of everything. Diana Moreno walked me through what my insurance covered and double checked my costs with me which was very appreciated! I will definitely be sticking with this dental practice and recommending to anyone in the Alexandria area.
