Best dental experience I have ever had. I was nervous because I had not been to the dentist in more than a year, but Dr. Kim and Afraa Mahmood were amazing, very professional, and thoughtful about explaining everything to me. A big pro is that they are upfront about the cost of everything. Diana Moreno walked me through what my insurance covered and double checked my costs with me which was very appreciated! I will definitely be sticking with this dental practice and recommending to anyone in the Alexandria area.
I highly recommend Dr. [kim and Afraa hygiene] and their team! From the friendly staff to the thorough and gentle care, my experience was excellent. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit, and the results are fantastic. Thank you!
Me and my wife have gone here and after a 6 month cleaning they upsold my wife on a deep cleaning that costs us $400+ (paid it up front) after what insurance covered and a month later they ask for another $189 and sent our payment to collections since insurance wouldn’t cover it. We didn’t have a choice but to pay. I was told that a manager would call me and discuss the situation but never received a call from anyone. Went for a cleaning and to fix cavity and Dr. Lee did a wonderful job! The staff there are super sweet and the office is clean so it was a great experience.
Staff was very pleasant and informative. Afrouz did a great job and I hope I get to work with her again on my next visit!
