Beautiful Burr truss covered span built in 1860, though she's taken a bit of a beating lately with storms, and she smells like an old bookstore inside. But lovely, nonetheless, and certainly worth visiting. She's closed off to motorized traffic (thank God), but there is plenty of space to park close. It's a very nice spot on the Big Elk Creek. Quiet except for the water, birds, and wind in the trees.
