Since it’s impossible to get an appointment, my review is for the non-knowledgeable front desk staff. “I’m new here” is not an acceptable answer. Bassett needs to do better with its dental care.
In and out in less than 10 minutes, wisdom tooth removed, filled healed with near zero pain in less than 48 hours, will be returning for all my oral surgery needs!
Every single time I call, it’s “we’re not accepting patients at this time”. Never fails.
Worst front desk people I have ever seen. Denise was rude and huffy...like she'd rather be doing anything else besides her job. I know people have bad days sometimes and I don't usually write a bad review...but this has been every single time we've come here.
