Excellent place, very clean. Security system is annoying as anything. Be prepared to type in your passcode half a dozen times each visit. At least let us leave without authentication!
Storage lockers and building were well maintained and the hours of operation were convenient - HOWEVER - we paid ahead for the month of August at the beginning of July and when we moved our stuff out of the locker on July 22 we asked for a refund on our August payment, they denied our refund request - so we are out an entire months of rent. I can understand not issuing refunds for half months, etc., but an entire MONTH of rent they are keeping when they have a week before the start of that month of notice.
