Prime Storage acquired FoxBox and were inadequate in communicating this. My personal credit card information was passed onto the new company & I have been overcharged without any of this communicated to myself as their consumer. When I called to inquire, they said I would have to wait for a callback within 30 minutes which took 2 hours. Very disappointing to see how a business capable of acquiring FoxBox would treat the existing customers.
Tanya and John have been fantastic. Very helpful and friendly service. I would highly recommend you guys again.
