I used to live here and the condos and people that live here are fantastic. BUT, the company that manages this property is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The property manager is extremely rude and condescending. The amount of issues that I have had with this particular property management company would be enough reason for me to never live there again. Went to look at 2 condos for sale ,both were old inside windows were bad,popcorn ceiling,both smell ,and were dirty, they sell for 119000,plus 200 HOA fee,the 8 apartment share one washer and dryer. Two close together. Cute outside, good area. Two many repairs, after paying 30000 down,plus mortgage and HOA fees
Nice individually owned condo.'s. Buildings kept in decent shape and pool on site.
