I was scammed $2600 for headlights that only are giving me problems. Water comes in , they dont fix the problem I sent them back for repair and tool 4 months for me to get them back then i put them in the vehicle and after a week same or more problems than before. I just filed a dispute with my bank. This guy will rip you off. Stay away!
Horrible customer service. Made a desposit on a custom headlight order which took way longer than initially estimated. Estimated completion times are always subject to change but FB made the process of receiving detailed updates along the way an extremly tortured one. Especially as months and months passed by. Requests for updates would go unanswered for days or be received with a condescending tone. E.g. "no need to get upset bud" And when I asked for a refund due to a lack of professionalism, huge delay in work and lottle ... read more
My headlights started getting moisture and the projector stopped working. I have send emails for 15 consecutive days and no response . Bad customer service and horrible quality control. Do no buy from this person.-0
