Very disappointing experience at Foxbar Clinic. I brought my 8-week-old daughter in for her first round of immunisations. After the injections were given in both of her legs, I was surprised and upset to be immediately directed out to the waiting area while my baby was still crying. I wasn’t given even a moment to comfort her in the room. It felt rushed and insensitive, as if crying babies were an inconvenience rather than a normal part of a pediatric clinic.
