This is 4 months following our issue with Fox Travel, but maybe this background can help others. We purchased travel insurance for a $5000+ charter trip to Cancun in March. i.e. Fox sold the "policy". We were first time travelers with Fox. The return trip from Cancun to Milwaukee was a nightmare -- our otherwise 6 hr flight taking more than 24 hrs after a detour to Miami and our night sleeping on the terminal floor. While Fox World Travel manages the travel planning and transactions, we have no control over the supplier's products/policies. In today's climate there are many airline schedule changes due to shortage of crew. We ultimately can advocate on your behalf for compensation but cannot control the supplier's response.
