This was handled extremely POORLY. I ended up losing $369.88 of eCredits. Regardless what you’re saying now…everything was situated correctly on the ***** app. I ended up losing over 4hrs of my time due to dealing with this issue. I got charged $67 that I expect to be returned to me…I didn’t approve this NOR was I notified. Would have been cheaper to go through ***** to begin with and a LOT less hassle. I ended up losing my seats on my 2 Oct flights and now am in MIDDLE seats for 4 hr trips! I have been FRUSTRATED and STRESS... read more

I booked a cruise in January 2024 for September 2025. When I booked I specifically asked about cancellation policy since it was so far out. I was told the 50 deposit would be non-refundable which I agreed to. I was told the 800 deposit would be refundable if canceled before the cut off date of June 12th. Due to a change in our life we had to cancel the cruise. When I spoke to Sherry 0n June 9th she said she processed it. She called be back on June 10th and now says the 800 is not refundable. This is 4 months following our issue with Fox Travel, but maybe this background can help others. We purchased travel insurance for a $5000+ charter trip to Cancun in March. i.e. Fox sold the "policy". We were first time travelers with Fox. The return trip from Cancun to Milwaukee was a nightmare -- our otherwise 6 hr flight taking more than 24 hrs after a detour to Miami and our night sleeping on the terminal floor.
