The manager of this location is a wonderful person and a huge help. However, the agent we worked with was unhelpful, uninformed and we, as first time travelers, got ourselves into a terrible situation regarding a payment plan and travel protection plan. If you are planning a vacation, be advised DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY SORT OF PAYMENT PLAN. Our agent did not inform us this wasn’t part of the down payment process AND the payment plan is irreversible.
