We have traveled to so many places and Kim has always directed us in the right way. We won't use anyone else
Mike is a real help to us in our vacation planning
Had to ask to be transferred from first agent as we couldn't get a hold of her and then the next two agents left before our trip. They were both nice and helpful but didn't stay long. Would not recommend. We should have skipped them and gone right through Viking as they had better customer service.
