Mike is a real help to us in our vacation planning
Had to ask to be transferred from first agent as we couldn't get a hold of her and then the next two agents left before our trip. They were both nice and helpful but didn't stay long. Would not recommend. We should have skipped them and gone right through Viking as they had better customer service.
Kim is an incredible knowledgeable agent. We've worked with her more than 20 years. We plan all of our yearly trips with her. She thinks of everything.
Had a great first meeting and then was GHOSTED! I would have been satisfied with a quick "Everything good, no worries!" But couldn't get any response after emails and phone calls. Even called the main number and they blew me off. It was a very stressful experience. Aren't they supposed to alleviate that?
