Every time I take my kids swimming more than half the time the lifeguards are on there phone, have ear buds in or telling the children to pick up the toys mind you they are playing and even having a broken leg I make sure everything is picked up I have had nothing but issues with neglect from half of these lifeguards. At one point my son had went under water and I had to jump in myself with clothes because the lifeguard was to busy on her phone. The disgusting looks from the life guards the rude comments.
