Terrible customer service. I have been experiencing intense pain due to an issue that needs to be addressed for weeks now. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails requesting a call back. Not only do they not answer their phone, they also do not return phone calls. Pathetic for a surgical center who's priority should be patient care.
