Very communicative. I got emails for step by step progress and handled quickly once equipment was received. I can tell you this will be my only calibration service for my data logger!
I sent two interapid indicators for repair evaluation, they charged me $50 for evaluation when on their website it’s says free, (I understand it’s a job and I have to pay ) I received the quote for repair both indicators and I agreed with the price, after a couple weeks I did receive one indicator two days after that they said they can’t fix the other one (when they already evaluated it and they said they can fix it ) they offered me a price for a new one which is a bit pricey ($365) so I just asked to return my old indicato... read more
