I sent two interapid indicators for repair evaluation, they charged me $50 for evaluation when on their website it’s says free, (I understand it’s a job and I have to pay ) I received the quote for repair both indicators and I agreed with the price, after a couple weeks I did receive one indicator two days after that they said they can’t fix the other one (when they already evaluated it and they said they can fix it ) they offered me a price for a new one which is a bit pricey ($365) so I just asked to return my old indicato... read more
Sent the bill to the wrong person. Came in when a bill was sent and the work was not completed. Updated the paper work so the correct person would be contacted. Came in a second time when an email was sent again to the wrong person saying the work was done and it was still not completed. Came in a third time when notified (yes again sent to the wrong email for notification) and they didn’t know if they completed or where the scales were. They were completed the third time. Got the scales and the back plates were loose screws... read more

I needed some gauges calibrated soon, and the places in Milwaukee area were too busy to get to me. Fox Valley got me calibrated, and replaced the gauges that failed... all very quickly and at a nice price. They were also very quick to answer any questions I had by email and very professional.
