Your Quotes need to reflect the shipping location to avoid additional delays and costs due to transit times between labs. The RFQ I submitted said the location was Fenton, but then your lab had to send it on to Oshkosh. Other than this, no issues. I love the Metrology360 customer platform.
Excellent service going on 9 years
Worst company ever, zero stars. Equipment is returned with MISSING components, ZERO communication skills, and they will charge you for falsely failed calibration. I have to double check it and send it back for confirmation. Seems they just have no idea what they are doing and no one in the company communicates with each other. I've sent repeated emails to them because... ZERO communication abilties within even. Avoid at all cost. Lead times are often always misleading as well.
