Hours to contact someone are only 8:30 - 4:30 and I have repeatedly tried to call on my lunch to obtain information about a referral, but cannot get through. I have now left 3 messages in the "form" on their Contact Us tab on their website with no response. Skip this medical group if you don't have hours to sit on hold during the business day.
This is based on my personal experience as a past member / patient with Fox Valley Medicine. If you have an option, I would highly recommend selecting a different Medical Group for your HMO or choose a PPO plan. After being diagnosed with a rare condition, it took a monumental effort by me to coordinate care between Fox Valley Medicine and doctors to get scans and determine a treatment plan. Have been a patient for over 20 years. Highly recommend Dr Philip Branshaw. Very good in all areas.
This is an atrocious excuse for medical care. Do not go here. Do not go to Rush Copley for ANYTHING. Switch or look elsewhere immediately. Terrible customer service, terrible explanations of coverage and terrible benefits, period. You deserve better.
