If you are even considering working with them, STOP !!!! Run away !!! Really nice guys, but are clueless when it comes to scales. They worked on my scale project from October 2013 thru June 2014 and still couldn't get it right. All I needed from them was to have the scale print a report and bar code the labels. Got the run around and finger pointing. Finally got fed up and told them that I will find someone else to finish the project. They did get my money and left me hanging.
