I have a chronic and relatively unresearched condition for which I have traveled the country for decades. Timothy Goggins is the best hematologist and more I have had the fortune to be in the care of. At a time my condition rendered me immobile but that has not been the case now in some time. He is concise, educated and up to date and understands the fine biological details and math of what he does.
