I was at Gerald Ford in North Aurora for an airbag recall. I was greeted by Steven M. He did a great job handling all the details. When I went back the next day to pick up my car he remembered who I was and got me out of there very quickly. I recently had the worse dealership experience of my life at a Chrysler dealer in Plano. I purchased a new 2020 F-450 back in December. Since then I have been back 3 times for the same problems with the truck. Every time I had to call them for status on the repair progress. I even took the service manager on a test drive to demonstrate the issue. He had his technician hook up a flight recorder to record the hesitation and bucking while accelerating.
