I have had the opportunity to work with Drendel & Janson's Law Group, and specifically, Ed Boula. Ed helped to walk me through starting up my own business and the appropriate filings needed. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife and I with updating our will and trust.
