This Mom and Pop Shop in McHenry was the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I went with them only because the company installing my pool recommended them. To begin with, they would not come out to my home to give me a quote on the electrical work needed for the pool install. That should have been my first clue. Instead, the owner quoted me over the phone saying that most pools need about 40' of electrical so he gave me a quote over the phone for $800.
