I recently opened a savings account, everything went smoothly. The staff is very respectful and nice! Something happened with my first direct deposit but, their customer service is excellent so they were able to correct the issue immediately!
Horrible experience purchasing a car from someone who had a loan here. They received a check but won't release the title. It appears that they deposited the check late so that 10 day payoff started later than it should have. They basically have my funds but I can't register the car for 13 days (and counting) because they deposited the check late.
Do NOT recommend. Had an account for 20 + years. And they seemed to have 'lost' a majority of the minimum that I kept in there. And can not find it. So I am just out that money now.
It’s a phone place the two people that gave this poor ratings are due to their bedtimes in the world if you read their other reviews they Complain about everything. This is a fine establishment and I have been a member for 40 years
My family has been long time members. Always have issues with our accounts. Call and try to get it resolved but yet still getting paper statement fees. They even lost my fathers car title during a transaction.
