Diagnosed the issues in a few minutes. Had a fix in 20min. Did a great job fixing our washer machine
Dave came out because the top rack of my Kenmore dishwasher was not in alignment. He came back a week later with what I thought were parts for repair. We paid him $186.00. I didn't use the dishwasher for 3 weeks because it's just 2 of us.Then over Labor Day we had out of town guests & a big party. I went to run the dishwasher & the rack was still out of alignment. Prompt response to my request for service on my gas oven and ice maker. Dave had the part needed to fix the oven on his truck and the ice maker part came in a couple of days later. Very satisfied with service and I will happily call Fox Valley Appliance Service for any future repair needs.
