Worst company experience. As a landlord, I often need to call for appliance repair technicians. When I first called I was told that the $90 service charge fee would be put towards the cost of any services if I chose to use this company, I was later told that he never said that and it was not true. The technician was over an hour late and when he arrived on October 31, he said that he needed to order two parts that would be in quickly. Worst company and experience EVER! They are rude and dishonest. Caused more problems with our appliance than to start with. I could go on for days about the horrible service. The service manager is no help at all and won't let you speak to the manager or let you speak at all. Said the manager won't believe our story anyway and has no time for us. Real nice considering they could have possibly caused a fire in our machine from the craptastic work they did.

GREAT Company! You are always pleasant, very helpful and most of all professional & efficient. Thanks for the $30.OFF Coupon. I only paid $69. for the service call, What a deal! I'LL keep the magnet on my fridge. It's so nice to find such an honest company now days. Thanks for a job well done.

AWFUL! Called them to fix my fridge. Spent over an hour in wrong part of fridge complaining about how to even take apart pieces of fridge. After explaining over an over to the elderly man that everything I had researched online seemed like the problem would be with the freezer he agreed to look at it if I, "felt like unloading it myself." After a quick unload and taking off the inside back panel he said, "yes, that's it, defrost your freezer and then reattach all the parts." I called to have my washing machine repaired. I was quoted $75 for the repair on the phone with the owner, Jim. The service man, an 80 yr old, came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the machine. The machine was leaking right in front of him when he said this. He charged me $100 and said there was nothing that he could do for us. I contacted Jim, the owner, again and told him that I was displeased with the extra amount charged and the fact that nothing was fixed on my washing machine.
