My husband who has Early Onset Alzheimer’s disease was placed in Fox Trails Paramus January 12th. He was assessed by director and nurse prior to entering Fox Trails and they knew about the medications he was on. I was very transparent from the beginning about his aggressive behavior. I was reassured by sales person and other staff that they have dealt with this behavior in the past and they would be able to handle it. I wish I could give this place zero stars. They claim to know how to take care of individuals with memory loss but absolutely do not. Staff are not trainned properly and waited until beginning of the month when they were paid to kick out our loved one. Not once, twice. Money grab facilty that can only handle elderly folks not people of all ages as advertised.

My mother has been here for 10 months and what a difference from the home care she was receiving in the past. Foxtrail really knows how to handle and take care of their residents with compassion and care. It is a smaller place with a home-like feeling. There are currently 13 residents. I cannot express how happy I am with this community! My mom has developed a closeness with Felicia for which we are extremely thankful.
