To all who read this, Sorry for the length but the devil is in the detail. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I will never be returning to this location and if necessary I will gladly pay out of pocket to go to a more trusted location/mechanic. I had a very disappointing experience with Fox Toyota of El Paso, particularly in regard to their communication and customer service. As a loyal customer, I felt completely neglected throughout the entire process. After having my radio replaced, my service advisor, Adrian, returned my car knowing that the headboard light wasn't working. He didn't seem to care about the issue.
