These service department basically crashes your car in their driveway while getting service , they damaged my sister 2023 siena hybrid mini van by one employee named Leo, she went to have her car serviced and when they bring the car to my sister at the service department ,this employee drove very fast trough the car pick up area, left the car in neutral in a slope and the car crashed directly to a truck damaging my sister siena, Mr Gene the service department manager told us is normal the way they drive the cars there and al... read more
The service & parts has horrible service. 3 days to get a tire ordered & delivered. 45 minutes just to put the new tire. Ridiculous!!! Need better communication & customer service skills!!
