Smooth transition and answers questions when purchasing used cars. I believe we worked with Matt. Was also able to answer other questions regarding the purchase. We bought a Ford but it does not have an operational manual and the door has a key code but no postcard to provide the combination. We contacted them from website and in person. They assured us they will find the answers.
They didn't include excessive extraneous fees or make it difficult to get what was the offer price online even when paying in cash. They let me test drive the car alone a were patient and professional the entire time. My child was running around and everyone looked at her with kindness and not any annoyance. Great experience, and I'm likely going to buy our second car with them in the future!

Friendly staff, not pushy, knowledgeable and stop selling extras when you inform them you aren't interested. Have purchased from Fox in the past and will continue to purchase in the future.
