**Edited*** After our initial disappointing experience, the owner Mike Fox reached out to me and offered to repair and replace the assembly at no additional cost. It was taken care of yesterday. Mike was the one who met me at key drop off to reassure me it would be handled. His response to turn my experience around left a lasting impression. I will not return for service. Paid twice my quote price for tire service. I provided the new tires. Mount and ballance should not have been 200.oo+
I absolutely loved the text message that I received with the inspection results and what needed attention. I was able to forward that directly to my husband for him to review. If someone had called me and tried to relay those things to me on the phone, I would never have been able to relay all of that. Staff was friendly, and it was super easy to make the appointment online.
