Mr. Fox never communicates. I was constantly trying to contact him and he refused to return any of my phone calls. When I attended court, Mr. Fox failed to schedule/file the proper paperwork for the counter contempt against my ex-wife. He then spent an inordinate time arguing with the magistrate and the opposing counsel about not being able to "piggy back" his arguments on the opposing counsel's motions.
