Mission Hills Community looks awful! People blocking sidewalks not to mention Dog Poop everywhere. This should Not be a community because it doesn’t not look like one! You pay over 300$ to live here and there is no one keeping the community together.! The homes are beautiful but look horrible with people doing as they please with the front yards. Definitely NOT worth the price of living.
Gotta update this after 9 months living here. They absolutely don't care about doing things properly here but rather just cranking out houses. They told me that I'd have 3 business days to get utilities in my name and I closed on my house late on a Thursday afternoon so I shouldn't have had any issues until the following Wednesday but the field manager put in a disconnect request that Friday, so while I was trying get setup everything online Monday morning, because none of them work on the weekends, my utilities were shutoff... read more
