I can honestly say it was the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. I had a recall that needed to be fixed and a problem with the air conditioning as well as two other issues to be checked out. Had an appt for a Tuesday and by Thursday I had heard nothing. So I called the dealership to find out what was going on with my car. Two days later my advisor said they were still "diagnosing" my vehicle and had not performed the repairs on the recall. Worse lease ever !!! They charge you for tire ! You turn in vehicle it’s $300 ! 30c mileage over fee ! Worse ever !!! Do not lease ! Read your contract

I came in for a routine oil change on my 2018 Crosstrek and left with a $2,345.98 estimate. Buyer beware of the upsell. The service writeup included wiper blades "streaking" — my blades are new. It also recommended a cabin filter replacement, disinfectant, and full HVAC cleaning service — I had just replaced that filter myself. I'm wondering if they actually pulled the cabin filter to confirm it needed to be replaced.
