I can honestly say it was the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. I had a recall that needed to be fixed and a problem with the air conditioning as well as two other issues to be checked out. Had an appt for a Tuesday and by Thursday I had heard nothing. I came in for a routine oil change on my 2018 Crosstrek and left with a $2,345.98 estimate. Buyer beware of the upsell. The service writeup included wiper blades "streaking" — my blades are new. It also recommended a cabin filter replacement, disinfectant, and full HVAC cleaning service — I had just replaced that filter myself.
