Friendly and relaxed buying environment, they don't pressure you and let you take your time to understand and come to a deal. Serivce department is great, very attentive, incredible customer service, and willing to work with/for you to get the work done.

I had a flat in the pouring rain this afternoon and pulled into the Fox Subaru lot to change it. The wheel nuts were on too hard to get off so I asked there service manager Jonathan Ramirez if they could loosen them so I could get the tire off. He said it’s too wet for me to do that so he personally put my car inside the bay and one of their technicians put my spare on very quickly and got me on my way. Bad salesmanship. Drove an hour and a half to look at some WRXs. Id understand maybe if you didnt want people to test drive the special TC WRX but when there's a base model right there ya better offer. Ive purchased 13 cars, 10 brand new and I fancy myself an expert. If youre a salesmanship and your first words arent "lets test drive this thing" then youre no salesman.
