Your building is very nice, but customers are thinking about buying a vehicle. I looked through the pictures, I thought maybe you would have pictures of the interior of the vehicles would have photos of the features on different vehicles. That is what I was hoping to see. It's nice to have an idea of what I am looking for in a vehicle.

Today, 13 Jan 25, on a long drive from out of province, my forester's heater stopped working. I was very close to the Fredericton dealership so went straight there. The service department was amazing to deal with, had a plan, and worked to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. They made sure i was comfortable for the wait and gave me regular updates. The service department staff was friendly, polite, and understanding, which made the experience start off on a positive note. However, the technicians seemed to overlook important details. I had clearly specified that I wanted to use my own oil and filter, but this request was not followed. While the interaction with the front desk was great, attention to detail in the shop is just as important.
