I had an initial meeting with this firm about updating my will and left feeling positive. On the same day I sent a detailed email summarising the changes I wanted and asked if there was anything they needed to clarify. I received no response. A few days later I followed up by email asking whether they had received my previous message and what the next steps would be. Again, no reply. Accomodating, insightful legal advice in a smartly renovated modern space. -1 star for feng shui as the table and smart TV were a bit too big for the two person conference room and it felt a bit cramped as a result.
